Pretty cake plate in a rarely seen vivid royal blue, with a scroll design around the rim, accompanied by four unique floral swags and a central design of three pears. Heavy gilt work across the stem and all rims.
A wonderful gift and a beautiful to way to display a whole host of treats at a dinner party - figs and grapes to accompany a cheeseboard, or dainty sandwiches and cakes.
No backstamp, but likely to be late Victorian. Slight scrape to the central pear motif and the odd scuff to the blue. Please see pictures for full condition and contact us for further info if required.
