Edwardian fruit/serving bowl by Adderley's, circa 1902-1926, featuring a thistle and rose design and LOTS of gorgeous gilt!
We would pop this on the sideboard in the hallway as the perfect place to place the morning post, but you could use it as a fruit bowl, a useful base for a floral centrepiece, a place to store toiletries in your guest room, or simply as a focal point in your china cabinet.
Very good condition to the design, with virtually no ware to the heavy gilt work. The inside of the bowl has a few speckles, as shown in the pictures - please check you are happy with the condition prior to purchase. If using the bowl, of course, this would not be seen.
If you have any questions or would like to enquire about postage for multiple purchases or international shipping, please get in touch.
Thanks for looking xx
We source all sorts of lovely vintage homewares on our travels across the UK and beyond. Because some of our items are very old, there may be some wear to the pattern – especially if there is any gilt in the design. We will endeavour to mention any wear and tear, minor chips, cracking in the glaze or indeed any other imperfections in the item description.
Diameter is approx 18cm
